- Perform customer onboarding, training, and support.
- Create policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
- Carry out periodic health checks to avoid churn and to improve customer support practices.
- Keep customers updated on new product features.
- Support the sales team for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role with at least two years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
- Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing high-tech company.
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can-do” attitude.
- Strong project management skills. Certifications of your project management skills (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Other languages are welcomed (German)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Delivery & Engineering).
- Basic or better technical skills in one or more of html, javascript or Python.
- Experiences or strong interest in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience or strong interest with Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
