Customer Success

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Join our fast-moving team in Zürich to sell, implement and support the Squirro platform - an unstructured data discovery and analysis platform for Squirro customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Be the voice of the customer.
• Perform customer onboarding, training, and support.
• Create policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
• Carry out periodic health checks to avoid churn and to improve customer support practices.
• Keep customers updated on new product features.
• Support the sales team for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
• Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role with at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
• Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing high-tech company.
• Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can-do” attitude.
• Strong project management skills. Certifications of your project management skills (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) are a plus
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Other languages are welcomed (German)

Preferred experiences

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Delivery & Engineering).
• Basic or better technical skills in one or more of html, javascript or Python.
• Experiences or strong interest in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience or strong interest with Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
